NOVEMBER 15, 2019 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR NEW HOME OF THE PHILO T. FARNSWORTH STATUE
The Martha Hughes Cannon Statue Oversight Committee is seeking a new home for the statue of Philo T. Farnsworth currently on display in National Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C. The Oversight Committee is requesting proposals from publicly accessible locations that would like to provide a permanent home for the historical statue of Philo T. Farnsworth. It is to be installed so it can be viewed by the public and permanently maintained. (Download)

The Martha Hughes Cannon Statue Oversight Committee today announced the issuance of a Request for Qualifications/Proposal for the creation of a statue of Dr. Martha Hughes Cannon for National Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.
